- •We reserve the right to refuse any inventory that doesn't meet our standards
- •Quotes are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise specified
- •Final pricing confirmed upon physical inspection

PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS
We accept only:
- ✓Authentic, genuine products (no counterfeits)
- ✓Products within acceptable date ranges
- ✓Unopened and undamaged merchandise
- ✓Products stored in appropriate conditions
We do not accept expired, damaged, or recalled products.

PICKUP & LOGISTICS
- •We handle logistics for qualifying orders
- •Seller must have products ready at scheduled pickup time
- •Products must be properly palletized or boxed
- •Loading assistance may be required from seller

PAYMENT TERMS
- •Payment issued upon successful pickup and verification
- •Payment methods: Check, ACH, or Wire Transfer
- •Adjustments may apply if inventory differs from original submission
- •All sales are final once payment is issued
Limitation of Liability
Worldwide Distribution Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods. Title and risk of loss transfer upon pickup completion.
Agreement
By submitting inventory for quote or accepting our offer, you agree to these terms of service. These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties and supersede all prior agreements.
